The warranty does not cover:

4. Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim:

    • Clear photos of the defective product

  2. Our team will review your request and may ask for additional details.
  3. If the claim is approved, we will offer repair, replacement, or store credit, based on the nature of the defect.

5. Replacement & Repairs

  • If a product is eligible for warranty service, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
  • In case an exact replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of similar value.
  • Customers may need to cover the shipping costs for sending the product to us for warranty evaluation.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Gauranga Handicraft is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product failure.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
